Ownership

We own what we make, from the product, to the team, and to the company. When there is a better architecture to be had in the product, we discuss it and then build it. When we think of a better way to organize ourselves, we implement it directly. We all have true impact on every aspect of the business.

With this influence, however, comes both collective and personal responsibility. We must act not only for ourselves, or even our team, but for the entire company, strongly holding on to our joint long-term vision. We must be transparent and honest with each other, celebrating successes together and learning from failures as a team.

Innovation

We are passionate about our crafts, which drives us to invest ourselves fully in everything we do. We're always curious and have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, constently seeking to surpass ourselves. We proactively explore new possibilities, selecting them rationally based on their merits.

To do this, we must be adaptable and grow a deep understanding of not only the part of the product we exert ownership over, but the entire field we operate in, the problems faced by our users, and why what's currently at the top is so successful. It's this understanding that allows us to find what our users need before they even think about it.

Care

We genuinely care about our craft, each other, our joint project, and our partners. We prioritize the well-being, happiness, and long-term growth of one other. We empathize with the beneficiaries of our labor, deeply understanding their challenges and needs, in order to enhance their daily lives. Caring truly shapes every aspect of our work, influencing how we collaborate with customers, how we design features, how we interact with each other, and how we approach our daily tasks.

To do this, we must treat each other with respect, supporting every effort in the best way we can. Every decision we make must be transparent, proactive, rational, and just, so that everyone can understand and support it.
